An 18-year-old has been indicted in the crash that killed a mother and her daughter, and a Gahanna Lincoln student, according to the Franklin County Prosecutor’s office.The crash happened on the night of Oct. 12, 2019 at the intersection of Sunbury Road and Morse Road.The prosecutor’s office said Kobie Stillwell was driving an Audi A6 eastbound on Morse Road at an “extremely high rate of speed” when he crashed into a Toyota Camry that was headed westbound.A passenger in the Audi A6, 17-year-old JaShawn Scott, died days after the crash.
