The state's unemployment website registered more than 400,000 visitors March 24, Lt. Gov. Jon Husted said Wednesday.
The figure reflects an influx of activity coinciding with a massive spike in unemployment claims amid the novel coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19). Last week, claims for unemployment compensation in Ohio skyrocketed following the interim closure of several industries across the state.
