While white homebuyers can afford about 91 percent of the houses on the market in Central Ohio, black homebuyers can afford significantly less – about 67 percent – according to a new report by Zillow.
The Zillow report compared the median household income among ethnicities in Central Ohio and found that black homebuyers have fewer options.
