Diamond Hill's former CEO, who helped oversee its 800 percent growth in assets, is retiring.
Ric Dillon is credited with the Columbus investment firm's dramatic increase in assets while he was CEO, from 2000 to 2015. In the 18 years since he assumed that role, the company grew its assets from $25 million to $21.6 billion last month. It's now one of the largest public companies in Central Ohio.
