For one night this weekend, Canal Park will become more than a nice example of a modern Midwestern small-market baseball stadium.On Saturday evening, Canal Park will become Canal Park Music Center where country superstars and hit-makers Rascal Flatts will take the field for a stop on its Rhythm & Roots Tour. The show will be the first concert at the stadium in just under 20 years, counting the 1997 contemporary gospel concert featuring Kirk Franklin and Yolanda Adams.Usually when Rascal Flatts comes to Northeast Ohio it’s to headline at Blossom, as it did last summer and many previous years.
