The Ohio Department of Health and the Ohio National Guard are hosting GuardCare in Union County this weekend. GuardCare is a health fair that offers free testing and screening in under-served communities. "We don't have enough physicians relative to the size of our population," said Dr. Jason Orcena, health commissioner for Union County. "One of the barriers we hear from families about getting medical care is still financial.
