Franklin County property value at record high for third straight year

For the third straight year, total property value in Franklin County has topped $100 billion. Property is now valued at $115.1 billion, a new record and up 12.6 percent from last year's previous high of $102.2 billion. The value was $100.8 billion in 2015.
