The embattled chairman of the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio has resigned. Sam Randazzo Friday tendered his resignation to Gov. Mike DeWine capping a week that began with an FBI search of his German Village home. Though no charges have been filed against Randazzo, one of his companies has been linked to Akron-based FirstEnergy, which is itself at the center of a $61 million corruption case related to the 2019 passage of House Bill 6 that already has ensnared multiple notable political figures,…
